Creamy Cheesey Grits
Being from the South- I grew up on Grits- just look for them by the oatmeal- instant grits!  This is a great side that goes with meats.  My girls love them.  Hope you will too.  Kesley
3 cups of hot cooked grits- 5 little packets it what I used and just mix with boiling water
1/4 cup of butter
1 cup of milk
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups of mozzerella cheese
1/2 tsp. of salt and pepper
PreHeat oven 350
Lightly grease 9-inch baking dish
In medium bowl- combine hot grits and butter, stirring until butter is melted.  Stir in milk and beaten eggs.  Add cheese, salt and pepper- stir until cheese is melted.  Then spoon grits into dish and bake for 50- 60 minutes, or until set.  Let Grits stand for 10 minutes before serving.  Enjoy ya'll
