Rolo Cookies
I think I got this recipe from Chels...can't remember! But, it's always a crowd favorite.
1 C. butter
1C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ C. flour
¾ C. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 bag Rolo’s Candies
1. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla.
2. Then add flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Combine all together.
3. Roll rolo candies inside of dough ball and roll in sugar.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
