Spanish Mickle

An old lady who I grew up by would always make this for our family and bring it by. Thanks Louise.

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup- chopped onion
1/2 cup- green pepper
2 quarts- stewed tomatoes
dash of salt , pepper, and garlic salt
2 teaspoons- chili powder
3 cups- macaroni (I use rotini)
1 can- whole kernel corn or mexicorn
cheddar cheese- optional

Brown beef, onion, and pepper in large pan.
Add stewed tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and chili powder.
Simmer until a little thick.
Cook macaroni and add to tomato mixture.
Add corn, serve this way or put in casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top, put in oven at 325 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
